Housing for our skilled workers

In addition to providing skilled workers, we also take responsibility for their welfare and housing. Since 2023, we have complied with SNF standards and have the SNF seal of approval. This means that our housing meets strict requirements in terms of basic facilities, safety, management, supervision and legal and administrative conditions. We also provide the necessary work clothes, tools and personal protective equipment so that our employees are well prepared to work. In case a tradesman-or woman-doesn’t yet have all the required certificates under his or her belt, we also offer the opportunity to obtain them through us. We want our professionals to meet the requirements and are happy to spend time on this!

On the construction site, we provide continuous support. Our project coordinators and project managers are regularly on site to supervise the work and ensure that everything goes according to plan. This ensures that your project stays on schedule and meets the highest standards. We keep as much visibility on our craftsmen as possible to ensure they meet your expectations. What makes us unique is our dedication to both our customers and our employees. We always go the extra mile. For (international) employees, our make sure that everyone on the construction site can communicate with each other in their own language by putting language stickers on their helmets. We also have our field staff who themselves have years of experience in the field, this makes them a good interlocutor who can also help you set up a project. Our staff is truly knowledgeable and happy to help you. At Employ Enjoy Working, we understand that every project is unique.
