Housing for our skilled workers
Besides providing skilled workers, we also take responsibility for their welfare and housing. We meet SNF standards and have the SNF seal of approval. This means that our housing meets strict requirements for basic facilities, safety, management, supervision and legal and administrative conditions. We also provide the necessary work clothing, tools and personal protective equipment so that our employees are well prepared for work. Should a tradesman or woman not yet have all the required certificates, we also offer the opportunity to obtain them through us. On the construction site, we provide continuous support. Our project coordinators and project managers are regularly on site to supervise the work and ensure that everything goes according to plan. As part of NBBU, we follow the collective bargaining agreement regarding wages. You can base your salary expectations
on the scale and step in which you are classified, which are determined in advance and by mutual agreement
. The classification depends on your experience, while the scale is linked to the position
you hold. Higher responsibilities and relevant study often result in a
higher scale.
