Housing for our skilled workers

Besides providing skilled workers, we also take responsibility for their welfare and housing. We meet SNF standards and have the SNF seal of approval. This means that our housing meets strict requirements for basic facilities, safety, management, supervision and legal and administrative conditions. We also provide the necessary work clothing, tools and personal protective equipment so that our employees are well prepared for work. Should a tradesman or woman not yet have all the required certificates, we also offer the opportunity to obtain them through us. We want our professionals to meet the requirements and are happy to spend time on this!

On the construction site, we provide continuous support. Our project coordinators and project managers are regularly on site to supervise the work and ensure that everything goes according to plan. This ensures that your project stays on schedule and meets the highest standards. We keep as much visibility as possible on our craftsmen to ensure they meet your expectations. What makes us unique is our dedication to both our customers and our employees. We always go the extra mile. For (international) employees, our ensure that everyone on the construction site can communicate with each other in their own language by putting language stickers on their helmets. In addition, we have our field staff who themselves have years of experience gained in practice, this makes them a good interlocutor who can also help you set up a project.
