Our process is based on making sure your project runs smoothly from start to finish and we can put the right tradesmen in the right place. Yes we do! We have several clients who are looking for long-term workers.
While some need temporary workers, most are actually looking for long-term
personnel. So with us, both are possible, lying on the wishes of you
and the client!
With us, payouts take place weekly, on every Thursday. You have the choice of being paid 4
weekly or weekly.
As part of NBBU, we follow the collective bargaining agreement regarding wages.
You can base your salary expectations on the scale and step in which you are classified, which are determined in advance and by mutual agreement.
The classification depends on your experience, while the scale is linked to the position you hold.
Higher responsibilities and relevant study often result in a higher scale.
