What does the process look like?
Get in touchWe begin by discussing the principles and objectives of your project.
This includes issues such as safety, health and the environment, as well as the implementation period, location and nature of the work.
We also determine together what functions and roles you will need for this, as well as the required knowledge, training and certifications.
We check this extensively when our back office signs up the professionals, thus keeping the construction site safe.
Based on the points discussed, we work out a proposal.
This can range from supplying a single skilled worker to a full project team of up to 50 employees.
We do a careful check on certifications and training, such as aerial work platform certificate, GPI and a (Basic or Full) VCA.
When necessary, we offer training for our employees to make sure they meet the requirements and have all the required knowledge.
We ensure good housing and staff welfare outside working hours this is how we meet SNF standards and have had this seal of approval since 2023.
This includes basic facilities such as the sanitary and living quarters, security, management, supervision, and legal and administrative conditions.
In addition to taking care of our employees outside working hours, we also make sure that they can work properly and have the right resources.
We provide the necessary work clothes, (power) tools and personal protective equipment.
Everything is settled, and it’s time for the first day of the project.
On the first day of work, a project coordinator from Employ Enjoy Working is present to guide the tradesmen.
For each region, we have a coordinator who knows the tradesmen and will be on site more often for additional support and direction.
We discuss the planning, drawings, shift allocation and rest and working hours.
This ensures a smooth start and clear expectations for everyone.
During the execution of the project, a project manager from Employ Enjoy Working remains regularly present on the construction site as previously mentioned.
This project manager supports the management regarding safety, productivity, as per the agreements in the project plan.
This ensures that your project stays on schedule and meets the highest standards.
In addition, this way we keep an eye on our craftsmen to ensure that they meet the needs of you, the client.
