The application process

Step 1: Apply

At Employ Enjoy Working, we look for the perfect match between your experience, desires and the needs of our clients.
Whether you apply for a specific vacancy or send an open application, we have several smaller and large projects you can be a part of with your experience.

Step 2: A brief telephone conversation

As soon as we receive your CV, we aim to contact you within one working day.
During this short telephone conversation we will get to know each other better and discuss your experience and wishes within the construction industry.
If there is a mutual click, we will plan a personal introduction.

Step 3: Introduction

Time to get to know each other better!
We try to make the contact as personal as possible.
In each region we have a contact person for you, also with multilingual staff to facilitate communication.
We discuss the position and the project we have in mind, answer all your questions and see if there is a good place.

Step 4: Proposal to client

You have been introduced to the client and they are excited about you!
We schedule an appointment at the construction site where the project will be executed.
If there is a positive feeling from both sides, we start the cooperation!

Step 5: Hired? Time to sign your contract!

After these steps, we hope there is a positive feeling and that we can continue working together.
You will receive a manual for our time tracking app and your contract to sign online.
Our front office is ready to help you if you have any questions.

Step 6: Getting Started

Now you are ready to start working for the client!
You have seen and signed your contract, you know the client and us as an employment agency with your contact person.
Each week you submit your hours worked through our app so you receive the correct pay.
These hours are approved by the client and you receive your pay on Thursday.
You can choose weekly or 4-weekly payment!
